Our Inactivity!

Our Inactivity has me going crazy!So many armies asking for wars and we don’t have soldiers to deal with it?! People we are an ARMY not a lazy business corporation!If your a new recruit and your reading this BE ACTIVE, RECRUIT IN CLUB PENGUIN.It makes me feel ashamed that a 98%  of our soldiers are inactive;and a 2% activeif I schedule something just Mrtchy goes.I salute you Mrtchy,you have been an awesome 2ic!You should all follow his steps,he is an active and loyal soldier.I repeat NEW RECRUITS BE ACTIVE AND RECRUIT.I made this army because I thought we would make it to the big leagues and be one of the major armies that was my dream and I hope that my fellow soldiers can all join together and make that dream a reality I know we all would like CPTAA to be a major army all army leader’s dream is that!I feel like a disgrace for an army leader!But you know what I will keep trying;I will keep dreaming and I will keep working until this army is stronger awesomer and bigger than ever!

Listen Up!

Whenever you are on club penguin you must try to recruit soldiers and Johny 4 and I figured out that our phrase “search CPTAA tactical army” doesnt work

So on this post can you try to comment and think of a new phrase. If you have a good one we might use it for recruiting and you will get a reward. If its REALLY good you

I think that the time has come for me to say goodbye. The main reasons are that I personally think I’m getting to old to be in CP army’s anymore. I first found out about club penguin on miniclip like most of us but I found out about ACP when I saw 3 penguins dancing saying ‘ Search ACP of CP’ so I thought that I would join them and started to say random stuff like ‘join Green army’. After I joined ACP officially I was given the rank of corporal by Boomer. One of the first friends I met was frostbeetle. I did join a lot of random armys and then I quit most of them. I got my first promo from corporal to sergeant and I was sooo happy then I got promos regularly until my double promo from Major to Colonel and then to Brigadier General little did I know that it would be last promo in ACP so here I am today writing my retirement post .Now I would like to say a few thanks.

 

 

Packer: You were a great friend and you deserved to be a mod and try and be more active in FW

Obi: Same as packer you deserved to be a mod but unfortunately didn’t get a promo also carry on with FW

Johny: Carry on working with the CPTAA and you were a great bud.

Sparkie: Same as packer and obi a great friend and FW!!!

Frost: One of my first friends carry on working with the PTME.

Nate: Thank you for what you done with the USCP.

Miroos: Well done for starting a very successful small army.

Axe: I doubt you will be reading this because of internet problems but anyway a very good friend no doubt.

Clintos: You were a great brigade leader and I’m sure you will be an even better Division leader.

TB22: Great General and if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be writing this.

Since alot of us are in ACP we will have to move the time of our Recruting Session for two hours before so it wont interfere with the ACP Recruiting.

AS you know small club penguin armies arent doing well at all. Because of the huge armies like Nachos, ACP, RPF …………

they are getting even bigger by the minute. I’m not saying were doing bad but we are only slowly growing unlike nachos. Nachos sometimes have over 1000 people on at 1 time.

That means at that time about 20 of the 1000 would probably be joining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like a small army would be lucky to have 3 people on at once. We have to recruit lots of soldiers until were medium sized. About 90 more soldiers until we are medium sized and around 378 until big. Thats about 1 year away. If we put all small armies to atack top 10 armies I reckon we will lose! Why all there soldiers are loyal and will come to any war.

The Mammoth Possession Bill Thing

The Mammoth Possession Bill was written because we, The Club Penguin Army Council, wanted to bring back the old war server, Mammoth.

When people think back to “The Golden Ages”, they think of wars.  When people think of wars, the server that comes to mind is Mammoth.  When ACP owned Mammoth, it was the center of easily 75% of the action in CP Armies.  At some point last summer, a group of leaders decided to make Mammoth neutral, and ACP gave in.  Many people mark this event as the end of the old era, and the beginning of the peace and the Dark Ages that followed.  Wars were no longer over land because everyone had their own territory.

Shadow I believe, tried to create a new Mammoth by making Outback a neutral server, where anyone could go and fight.  It was a good idea, but it never caught on however, because it was a smaller server with a continuously changing demographic of penguins, meaning no one uses only Outback on a regular basis.  What makes Mammoth a good server for recruiting is that people who use Mammoth always use Mammoth when they go on Club Penguin.  It’s like a community, and many people know and remember when it was a major war server, so armies grow quickly there.

Many ideas had been suggested involving Mammoth from invasions, to wars, to mass recruiting.  Mammoth was neutral however, meaning no one had the authority to schedule anything major there.  Once this bill was passed, Mammoth became the possession of the Council.  Because the Council is a group of armies and not just one, it is still a neutral server available for others to use, only now the Council can schedule their invasions, wars, and recruiting sessions on Mammoth.  From this bill, hope we can restore Mammoth as the war server it used to be, and we hope that the army action on Club Penguin armies’ most famous server will give new life to the armies that have fallen since it became neutral and unoccupied.
